We work to ensure your satisfaction by opening, assembling, and
inspecting every piece of furniture prior to your delivery. Plus on
your delivery date, we will call with a three (3) hour delivery window
and again with our "30 Minute Call Ahead."
Refund Policy Before the Day of Delivery
You may receive a full refund if you cancel your purchase at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled delivery. If you purchased using a credit card or by consumer financing your account will be credited. If you purchased using cash, check, or debit card, you will receive a refund by check which will be mailed to you within ten (10) business days.
Day of Delivery Cancellation Policy
Scheduled deliveries cancelled on the day of delivery will be subject to a restocking charge of $69.99 for purchases $495 and under, and $99.99 for purchases over $495. Deliveries will be considered cancelled if someone is not present to sign for delivery.
Furniture Reselection Policy
A one-time furniture reselection for equal or greater value is allowed for up to three (3) days after delivery and the reselection must occur within five (5) days after contacting our Customer Service department. There are no refunds after delivery. Returned furniture must be in new condition and a 15% restocking charge and a new Premium Delivery charge will apply.
Any damage not noted on delivery must be reported to our Customer Service department within one (1) day after signed delivery for Free Shipping and three (3) days after delivery for Premium and Same Day delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. For minor damages, City Furniture will provide in-home repair service.
Mattress Reselection Policy
To allow your body time to adjust to your new sleeping surface, you are required to keep your new mattress for at least seven (7) days.
A one-time mattress reselection for equal or greater value is allowed for up to one hundred and twenty (120) days after delivery if one of our mattress protectors was purchased and used. A new Premium Delivery charge will apply along with a mattress exchange charge of $99.99.
If our mattress protector was not purchased or used, a reselection for equal or greater value is allowed for up to thirty (30) days after delivery and a 25% restocking charge and a new Premium Delivery charge will apply. To qualify for reselection, your mattress must be clean and without stains.
Foundations can only be exchanged for height preference within three (3) days of delivery and a new Premium Delivery charge will apply. Adjustable bases cannot be exchanged or returned.
Accessories picked up in a showroom can be returned to a showroom within three (3) days for a reselection or refund.
All accessories must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. A 15% restocking charge will apply for all accessories returned without their original packaging.
Accessories include linens, accent pillows, lamps, wall décor, tabletop accessories, florals, and area rugs.
We do not accept returns on clearance or “as is” merchandise, special orders, and product delivered out of the country. Delivery, pick up, and restocking fees will reduce your refund or credit amount.
