Your order can be scheduled 3–9 days after purchase date.

We place all furniture inside the front door of your home or to the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building.
Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.

You have 1 day to live with your new furniture and alert us of any damages or defects.

If you live in a condominium, apartment, or gated community with restrictions, the delivery will occur during the time allowed by the community. Deliveries will not adhere to our daytime delivery schedule. For example, if the community allows deliveries from 9:00am - 5:30pm, that will be the scheduled delivery time. We will call you the day of the delivery with a smaller delivery window. All in-stock merchandise will be reserved 9 days prior to your scheduled furniture delivery.
Your order can be scheduled for tomorrow or upgrade to Same Day Delivery for only $29.99.

Customer pickup is available at our Sawgrass Showroom and Distribution Center. Arrangement can be made for customer pickup at our Fort Myers showroom for a transfer fee of $20. Pickup at this location is available from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays only. Please contact the Fort Myers showroom for more information.

Follow the automated instructions so we can have your furniture ready for you.
If you do not call ahead, you may experience a wait of up to one hour.
Merchandise will be reserved on the day of pickup only.
City Furniture’s Customer Pickup process is a drive-thru with an intercom system. Please pull up to the intercom and wait to be greeted. The intercom associate will direct you to the first available bay door.
A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of picking up your furniture.
Items picked up at our Distribution Center may require assembly and will be in their unopened factory packaging.
