Currently there is no furniture pick up available on online orders
At City Furniture we are proud to offer you the finest delivery service in the furniture industry. We offer Same Day Delivery 7 Days a Week* so you can enjoy your furniture today! We have different furniture delivery options to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Your City Furniture sales brochure will indicate whether you are scheduled for a daytime, evening, or same day delivery window (only for purchases made in the showroom).
- City Furniture deliveries are available 7 days a week.
- Daytime delivery times are between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
- Evening delivery times are between 5:00pm and midnight. (We will call you in advance if we are running behind or ahead of schedule.)
- Same Day Delivery times are 4:00pm - midnight
*Same Day Delivery is available on all in-stock items. Same Day Delivery in Southwest Florida is available to all of Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties. There is an extended delivery coverage area for regular deliveries.
If you live in a condominium, apartment, or gated community with restrictions, the delivery will occur during the time allowed by the community. Deliveries will not adhere to our daytime deliveries. For example, if the community allows deliveries from 9:00am - 5:30pm, that will be the scheduled delivery time. We will call you the day of the delivery with a smaller delivery window.
Your delivery will include assembly and set up along with the removal of any packaging materials. Sorry, but we do not hang wall-mounted mirrors, pictures or televisions.
All in-stock merchandise will be reserved 5 days prior to your scheduled furniture delivery.
Customer Pickup
City Furniture Sawgrass Showroom and Distribution Center

When entering from Hiatus Road, go South on the access road and follow the signs to the Customer Pickup drive-thru intercom.
Vehicle Size and Type: Please bring an appropriate vehicle for your furniture pickup. We will not be responsible for unsafe loads.
Our hours for pickup are:
- Monday through Saturday 10:30am - 8:30pm
- Sunday 11:00am - 5:30pm
Notification (for customers picking up merchandise):
- Have your invoice number ready.
- Call 1.888.882.5436 on the day of pick up at least one hour in advance, (press 2).
- Follow the automated instructions so we can have your furniture ready for you.
- If you do not call ahead, you may experience a wait of up to one hour.
- Merchandise will be reserved on the day of pickup only.
- City Furniture's Customer Pickup process is a drive-thru with an intercom system. Please pull up to the intercom and wait to be greeted. The intercom associate will direct you to the first available bay door.
Assembly
Items picked up at our Distribution Center may require assembly and will be in their unopened factory packaging.
Merchandise may be available for pick up at select alternate locations. A transfer fee may apply.
