At CITY Furniture, we offer Nationwide Delivery across the continental United States for qualifying orders. This program applies to applicable products shipping to one address per order.  Today, we offer two levels of Nationwide Delivery, Basic and Premium service in addition to Export Shipping.

Nationwide Delivery Options

Basic Service

Basic Service delivery allows our customers to have more options for home delivery. Furniture is delivered in its original packaging will be dropped off inside your doorway or garage.  We now ship free to Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia. This delivery service does not include assembly, placement in the room of choice or disposal of all packaging materials.

Premium Service

For customers looking for white glove delivery, CITY offers Premium Service nationwide delivery of your furniture. This includes placement of the furniture in the room(s) of your choice, up/down a flight of stairs, as well as removal of all boxes and debris. Furniture will be unboxed and assembled.
 
 
*25% of merchandise total with a minimum charge of $500

We export furniture anywhere in the world, and have established relationships with the leading local carriers to ensure efficient, cost effective, and world-class service for export delivery.

Export Shipping
How are shipping charges calculated?

Our Sales Associates will help calculate shipping charges for deliveries within the continental US. These charges are based on your state, your total order value, and the level of service you choose, before any discounts are applied. Please note that additional surcharges or fees may apply based on your delivery location.

 

For deliveries, we use an 18-wheeler truck. If special arrangements are needed, such as renting a smaller truck due to access constraints at your location, an additional fee of $250 may apply. Feel free to ask our team for more details or assistance with your shipping options!

Are there any exclusions?

Clearance or floor models are available for in-store pickup only. Unfortunately, bunk beds and cribs are not eligible for Premium service. For safety reasons, our delivery technicians are unable to connect electrical components to wall outlets.

What if my item is on backorder?

At CITY, we ensure transparency by informing you promptly about any items that are temporarily out of stock. Our sales team keeps a close watch on these items for you. Your order will be processed once everything is available. If you prefer not to wait, we can create a new invoice with updated delivery options for any items on backorder.

Can I make a return?

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier from our CITY Furniture warehouse in CITY, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Apart from what is specifically outlined in this Agreement, CITY Furniture does not provide any express or implied guarantees or warranties, including additional refund or exchange policies. This Agreement replaces any other refund or exchange policies that you may have received separately.

Do you deliver to Canada?
We do not. We deliver to the 48 Contiguous States only.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance if needed?
Yes, that is available upon request, please inform your sales associate you will need a COI and please provide them with a Sample COI.
Do you have any locations outside of Florida?
We currently only have locations in Florida but can ship to the 48 Contiguous States.
Can I select a specific date I want my delivery?
The 3rd party shipper will call you and schedule the delivery day with you. You can request a specific day with them within their delivery availability.
Can my order be expedited?

Nationwide – Expedited shipping may be eligible at an additional cost based on the number of pieces and distance traveled.

 

Export/International – Expedited shipping may be available through the freight carrier you acquire once City Furniture releases the product to them.

How long do I have to wait for my delivery?

Nationwide – Once the product is released from City Furniture to the carrier, shipments take 2-4 weeks to arrive at your home (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Export/International – The freight carrier you acquire will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

Will you help me set up my furniture?

Nationwide – Nationwide Premium Delivery Service includes assembly and set up along with removal of any packaging materials. The carrier does not mount wall mirrors, pictures, or televisions. They do not hang chandeliers, assemble bunk beds or cribs, or connect electrical components into outlets. Nationwide Basic Delivery Service does not include assembly, set up, or removal of packaging.

 

Export/International – The freight carrier you acquire may provide additional services like delivery to your home and furniture assembly.

Will my furniture need assembly?

Nationwide - Most furniture requires some assembly. By choosing Premium Delivery Services, we will do all the assembly for you! We will assemble, set up, and remove all packaging and take it with us. The carrier does not mount wall mirrors, pictures, or televisions. They do not hang chandeliers, assemble bunk beds or cribs, or connect electrical components into outlets.

 

Export/International - Most furniture requires some assembly. All furniture should come with assembly information in the box, however if you need assembly instructions, please send an email to Shippingclaims@cityfurniture.com with your invoice number and the item you need instructions for. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply.

Will you move my existing furniture?
We are unable to move existing furniture due to insurance restrictions (not because we do not want to help).
Will you take my old furniture?
We are unable to remove or take any old furniture.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
You do not have to be at home for the delivery, however we do ask that someone over the age of 18 be at the home to sign-off on the furniture on your behalf.
Are there certain items that will not be hooked up/set up on delivery?

Our Premium delivery service includes assembly for most items CITY Furniture sells. The exceptions are:

· Hanging accessories on the wall (mirrors, wall art, sconces, clocks)

· Assembling and hanging chandeliers

· TV installation for wall units (We assemble the wall unit, but we do not assemble customers’ existing TV/sound system.)

· Assembling bunk beds or cribs

· Connecting electrical components into outlets (We assemble the furniture, but the customer will need to plug the components into electrical outlets.)

How do I schedule my delivery and pick a specific date?
After the product is released from City Furniture, shipments take 2-4 weeks to arrive (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the carrier is in your area, they will call you to schedule the delivery day with you. You can request a specific day with them within their delivery availability.
How can I change my delivery date or time?
Nationwide - After the product is released from City Furniture and the carrier is in your area, they will call you to schedule the delivery day with you. You can call them directly to reschedule. Be advised that fees may apply.
I ordered multiple items; will they be delivered together?
Yes, once all your items are in stock, the order will be released from City Furniture and delivered together.
I need assembly info. What do I do?
All furniture should come with assembly information in the box, however if you need assembly instructions, please send an email to shippingclaims@cityfurniture.com with your invoice number and the item you need instructions for. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply.
Can I track my delivery online?

Nationwide – Once your order is picked up by our carrier an email will be sent to you with Tracking number and shipper information.

 

Export/International – Your freight carrier will provide you with Tracking Information after they receive the product from City Furniture.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

Nationwide – All damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of the delivery. You have 24 hours to report any damage or defects to our Customer Care Shipping department once the product is delivered. We are not responsible for damage that occurs because of customers moving or assembling products. We will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services.

 

If you don't plan on using your item immediately, we recommend that you inspect all your items fully to ensure there is no damage since all damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

 

To submit a claim, email Shippingclaims@city-furniture.com with your invoice number, details of damage or issue, and attach your photos.

 

Export/International - You have 24 hours to report any damage to our Customer Care Shipping department once the product is released to your freight carrier. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after product is released to your shipper.

Will my purchase be covered under the manufacturer's warranty?

Nationwide – Your furniture may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty, which will usually provide for repair or replacement of defective furniture at the manufacturer’s discretion. Please contact our Customer Care Shipping Department for more details at 954-718-3233

 

Export/International – No the manufacturer’s warranty contract is invalidated outside of the U.S.A
