What’s the process for getting a custom closet?
We start with a design consultation to understand your needs and take measurements. From there, we create a custom design, review it with you, make any adjustments, and once approved, we send it in for production when it is ready we schedule your installation.
How should I prepare for my measurement appointment?
Please make sure your closet space is easily accessible and clear enough for accurate measurements. You don’t need to empty it completely—just remove or shift any items that might block our view of walls or dimensions.
How long does the full process take?
Design Phase: Typically about 1 week, depending on how quickly we finalize your layout.
Installation Timeline: Between 6–8 weeks from measure to installation.
Installation Day(s): Most installs are completed in 1 day, but larger or more complex projects may take multiple days.
Do I need to empty my closet before installation?
Yes. For safety and efficiency, we ask that the space be fully cleared before our installers arrive
What happens to my existing closet?
We can remove and trash your existing closet. Whether its wire shelving or an old closet systems we got you!
Is there a consultation fee?
No. All of our in-store and online consultations are FREE. We do ask for a $200 deposit toward your closet purchase if you want us to come out and measure your closet.
Will I see a 3D design before committing?
Absolutely! We provide a detailed 3D rendering so you can visualize your closet before making any decisions.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, we can meet virtually if you prefer. However, a physical measurement is required before finalizing and placing your order.
