How long does the process take?
Our team of designers work 7 days a week. We make our best effort to reply to customers within 1 business day with an initial mood board. With our fast design process and deliver, we can go from Style Quiz to a furnished room in just a few days!
Do I need to go to a showroom?
Our design team is dedicated to working with you from the comfort of your home. If you are looking for added design services, we can connect you with our CITY Interiors team to learn about all the services we offer, including optional upgrades.

Both our Free Online Design and CITY Interiors teams are here to help you. Our Free Online Design team can help you select the perfect items from our thousands of items available online. The design process is very quick. The CITY Interiors team is based in our showrooms and can offer a face-to-face, full-service design experience, also for free, that might fit your specific needs better. Both are great options.
Will you help me pick wall colors and hardware?
Our Free Online Design team, can only work on curating furniture and decor pieces that CITY Furniture offers. However, if you are looking for more extensive help, our CITY Interiors team is here to help with optional upgrades, added services, and even in-home consultations.

You can choose from available services such as product selection, floorplan, mood board, and so much more—for free. CITY Interiors will even offer optional upgrades for a fee, like shopping at other retailers, cabinetry, wallpaper, in-home consultation, and more. You will then receive design inspirations and home décor ideas tailored to your taste. Customers are also allowed unlimited revisions so you can make sure we’re following your vision. Once it’s all done, your space—or home—is yours to purchase and enjoy with home delivery.
