Once you fill our our intake form, you can put your preferred region or location to visit and we will assign a designer near you.

What rooms can the designer help me design?

Our interior designers can help you with any room in your house. Our services include the following, but not limited to:

I'm ready to place an order with my designer. What do I do?

Contact your designer via phone or email to place your order. Alternatively, you can also book another appointment to meet your designer at the showroom. Your designer will receive credit for your order only if you place your order with them.

How do I find my interior design style?

All of our designers are experts in their field and have a wide variety of experience working in all styles. They will guide you through identifying your style to ensure you have a beautiful home that appeals to you.

What if I need another interior design appointment?

You can book appointments through our website.

Is this interior design service fully free?

Yes, our interior design services are free for anything we do inside the showroom. Only our additional services, such as an in-home consultation to measure or shopping for items we do not carry at CITY Furniture or Ashley HomeStores, are for a fee.

Can you accept the delivery for me and stage the house?

Our designers are able to accept delivery and stage your home for you with purchase of our Install Upgrade Package. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the package for more information

Can CITY Furniture designers help with vanity and flooring selections?

Yes, our design services are free for anything we do inside the showroom. We can help you select items that we do not carry at CITY Furniture, such as vanities and flooring. If you would like us to visit a nearby store to help select these items, we offer upgrade options to help with that too.

Can CITY Furniture designers help me design my investment property or Airbnb?

Yes, our designers can help you with all sorts of residential properties.

What does in-home consultation upgrade include?

The in-home consultation upgrade includes: Portal to portal travel, Measuring home (based on average home of 2500 sq. ft) and surveying the customer at home. Additional hours may be purchased for homes exceeding 2500 sq. footage.*

What does outside shopping upgrade include?

Includes travel to outside retailers and time shopping other retailers. Additional hours may be booked if needed prior to appointment. Limited to 1 hour maximum drive time* (Drive time is calculated from the showroom of the initial appointment to the vendor's address.) Shopping at competitor furniture stores is not allowed. Shopping is limited to retailers that carry categories not available at CITY Furniture/Ashley Home Store, such as: Window Treatments, Wallpaper, Cabinetry, Flooring, Vanities, fans, etc.*

What does accepting delivery & install upgrade include?

Designer accepts delivery and arranges products in home, including making beds and staging accessories. Designers do not hang wall art or chandeliers but may assist client’s handyman (hired by client) to hang wall art or chandeliers. Designer takes detailed videos and photos to share with clients. Limited to 8 hours including 30 minute lunch and two 15 min. breaks. Must be completed the same day with no credit for unused hours once service is provided Service is considered provided once designer receives furniture in  customer's home (even if less than 8 hours). Package hours are non-adjustable.*

Our free interior design services offer a step-by-step process that’s crystal clear and easy to follow. Schedule a consultation appointment with one of our expert designers, which can be online or an actual in-store shopping experience.  


After you have completed our Intake Form, which is designed to gather all the necessary details about your project, we will assign an interior designer to work with you. Your assigned designer will meet with you, using your preferred method to assist with product selection. Once we understand your style preferences, we can create a mood board, floor plan and much more — for free!  


We understand that every space is unique, and that's why we offer optional in-home consultations for a fee. Our designers will visit your space, take measurements, and take photos to get a better understanding of the area*. This allows us to provide you with personalized design solutions that truly cater to your specific needs. 


If you're looking to take your design experience to the next level, we offer optional upgrades for a fee. Our designers can help you shop at other retailers for items like cabinetry, wallpaper, and more, ensuring that your space is tailored to your exact tastes*. 


Once your design is complete, it's all yours to purchase and enjoy. We offer home delivery for your convenience, so you can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest. With our help, you'll have a space that is not only functional but also reflects your personal style and taste. 


 *Customer’s Fine Print: CITY Interiors is a service provided by CITY Furniture. CITY Interiors design services vary based on project and package purchased.  All personalized design plans are based on scope of project and design package purchased.   Additional packages may be purchased if the maximum hours included in the package is not enough for the project. Client agrees to provide a safe, clear environment for Designer to perform services and is not responsible for delays caused by Client or others. Property must have water, electricity and lighting on the day of the installation, if the designer is requested to be present. Design Services do not include installation of wall art hanging, paint, flooring, lighting or appliances/TV installation or mounting. Client is under no obligation to purchase CITY Furniture, AshleyHome Store or use vendor recommendations in connection with CITY Interiors. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. CITY Interiors complies with all local, state and federal laws.
