We had a positive experience with Scott at City Furniture. We met Scott on our first visit and he was very attentive and able to answer our questions. We were able to contact him by email regarding items on our “wish list” regarding availability. Scott responded in a timely manner and we were able to finalize our purchases that afternoon. We’ll be shopping again!
Jodi was terrific. Quickly helped us find the chairs we like, filled out the paperwork and emailed all the receipt within 10 minutes. She is too notch - made shopping at CITY very easy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at CITY. What a massive presentation! This was mainly a recon type visit as we are in the early stages of a leather sofa selection process, but we may have found what we want! Keith Franklin, our sales rep, was very helpful and pleasantly engaging. Keep it up!

You can look up your order and get access to order status, delivery tracking, updating or scheduling your delivery or pickup, and reporting product damages by clicking here. You will just need to enter your 6-digit order (also known as invoice) number, any phone number that was provided at time of purchase, and the invoice date.

Small items such as lamps/lighting and other home decor may be picked up at other showrooms. There may be a transfer fee associated with showroom pickups. A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of pickup.
