DELIVERY OPTION DETAIL 

Premium Service (White Glove Assembly) includes: Two delivery personnel who will place furniture inside your room of choice (Bedroom, living room, etc.), assemble furniture as needed, and remove all related packaging materials. If the destination is an apartment, high rise, or multi-family dwelling, delivery to the 2nd floor is included, after which fees may apply. Bunkbeds and cribs are not eligible for Premium Service, and delivery personnel will not plug electrical components into outlets. 
 
Basic Service (Threshold) includes: One delivery person who will place furniture in the nearest dry room (e.g., garage, living room, etc.) If the destination is an apartment, high rise, or multi-family dwelling, furniture will be delivered to the loading dock, lobby, or elevator. Basic Delivery includes ground floor level only and does not include assembly, unpacking, or removal of packaging materials. Delivery is estimated to take 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) once the product is released by CITY to its third-party shipment carrier (the “Carrier”). Storage fees (up to $15/item per day) may apply if you are not available to accept delivery within 1-2 weeks and may vary depending on the Carrier. Requests for specific delivery dates are not permitted; however, the Carrier will contact you to coordinate your delivery prior to making a delivery attempt. 
 
 
GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS 
 
● Premium Service – Delivery beyond the second floor will incur a $30 fee per physical flight if no suitable elevator is available for usage by delivery personnel. 40 minutes of hand tool product assembly is included; additional assembly time will be billed in 15-minute increments at $15 each. 
 
● You are responsible for ensuring that all access points, including, but not limited to, doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators, will accommodate delivery to the intended location based on the dimensions provided in each item’s specifications. If a furniture item cannot be delivered to the intended location due to insufficient space or accessibility issues, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be charged an attempted delivery fee and return shipping costs. CITY is not liable for any delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from your failure to ensure adequate access to the intended delivery location. 
 
● CITY will provide you with tracking and contact information for the Carrier within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) of your order being released to the Carrier from City’s warehouse. 
 
● CITY’s Carrier will contact you in advance to schedule your delivery. If your order cannot be delivered due to inability to reach you to schedule delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be charged an attempted delivery fee and return shipping costs. CITY is not liable for any delays, damage, or additional costs resulting from your unavailability for scheduling home delivery. 
 
● If you need to reschedule delivery with the Carrier, you may be charged storage fees (up to $15/item per day). 
 
● A change of delivery address after your order is released from CITY’s warehouse will incur a reconsignment fee which will vary by distance. 
 
● CITY’s Carrier may use delivery vehicles up to 48 feet long. If the delivery address will not accommodate the delivery vehicle, you may be charged an additional fee, up to $250, to cover the rental cost of a smaller delivery vehicle. 
 
● Refusal of your shipment is prohibited and may result in additional charges that may exceed the cost of delivery. 
 
● You must sign a delivery receipt indicating acceptance of your shipment. If delivery packages appear damaged in any way, you must describe the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. 
 
● You must notify CITY of any damage within 24 hours of accepting delivery. To review and process damage claims, you must email CITY at shippingclaims@city-furniture.com, providing photographs of the damage, your order number, and a brief description of the damage. 
 
● Order items may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty, which may provide for repair or replacement of defective 
items at the manufacturer’s discretion. CITY will provide a repair or replacement service for any manufacturer’s warranty. Returns 
require that you ship and/or deliver the furniture to the manufacturer or a CITY Distribution Center in Miami, Tamarac, Plant City, or 
Ocoee, Florida, at your expense. 
 
● Clearance mattresses and foundations are eligible for shipment by CITY; all other clearance items are not eligible. All clearance items are sold “AS IS” and are final sale. No returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be accepted for such items under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether any defect, damage, or irregularity is disclosed, displayed, described, or apparent on CITY’s website, in promotional materials, in-store, or upon delivery. By purchasing a clearance item, you acknowledge and agree to accept the clearance item in its existing condition and waive any claim relating to the quality, condition, or conformity. 
 
● Refunds and reselections are prohibited after the product has left CITY’s warehouse. 
 
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, CITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CITY Furniture with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, and communications, whether written or oral.
