Invoice Number: This number is specific to your individual transaction.  Please have this number ready when you contact Customer Service so we are able to assist you more efficiently.

Back Order - This product is currently not available for delivery.  The paragraph on the bottom of the page lists the estimated date that the product will be available for delivery to your home. This date may change due to circumstances beyond our control (it could be sooner, it could be later).  We will contact you to schedule your delivery once we get a firm date from the vendor.

This customer has declined to purchase In Home Service.  The standard Manufacturer’s Warranty will apply to these items.If this is printed on your invoice, you have declined to purchase In Home Service. Your furniture may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. If you change your mind, you may purchase In Home Service up to 30 days after your delivery.
