The Bertazzoni Heritage 48" Range in stainless steel is a super-wide appliance designed for seamless integration with Counter Depth styling, allowing it to sit flush with cabinetry. Its cooktop features six gas burners, including a 19000 BTU power burner with a dual ring flame for the fastest time-to-boil in its class, and a stainless-steel electric griddle. The worktop is formed from one piece of stainless steel for easy cleaning with no gaps or joints. The main oven features a European Convection fan and a gas broiler, while the auxiliary oven offers a useful low temperature setting. Both ovens include telescopic glide shelves, soft-motion hinges, and soft-close oven doors with edge-to-edge tempered glass. Triple-glass doors minimize heat loss during cooking.
