EARTH DAY EVENT
 
  • These offers are subject to change, alteration, or termination by CITY Furniture at its sole discretion at any time. Purchase offer valid 4/21/23 - 4/23/23.
  • CITY Furniture will donate customer-donated furniture to Habitat for Humanity for the valid purchase offer period of 4/21/23 - 4/23/23.
  • Customers are eligible to donate one piece of furniture per each piece purchased at CITY.  Nine (9) piece maximum donation per customer.
  • Only approved furniture donations will be picked up by CITY Furniture.
  • CITY Furniture will pick-up your furniture donation for free.
  • Offer limited to Broward and Palm Beach counties.
  • Furniture purchases must be made in-store and Customer's purchase must become available by, and delivered between April 26, 2023, but no later than October 31, 2023. Donations will be picked up at the time of delivery, subject to space limitations. 
  • Furniture donations must be free of rips, tears, pet hair, and stains.
  • CITY Furniture and Habitat for Humanity are unable to accept hospital beds, water beds, jacuzzi tubs, kitchenware, baby items (including, but not limited to car seats, cribs, strollers, etc.), dishwashers, ranges, stove tops, ovens (conventional, microwave or other), mattresses of any kind, arcade items, carpets/rugs, custom-built furniture, electronics of any kind, exercise or sports equipment, lighting fixtures or bulbs, china cabinets, appliances, commercial office furniture, technology of any kind, building materials of any kind, roofing materials of any kind, or any other non-furniture items, that may or may not be available for purchase at any CITY Furniture Showroom.
  • Donations from Customers can only be made on a one-to-one basis, per piece of furniture, up to nine donation pieces in total.
  • Premium delivery service is required. We will pick-up from any floor inside your home or apartment, provided however that the service technician will be not able to deliver/pick-up items located higher than on the third floor without an elevator.
  • Once Customer donation has been picked up by CITY Furniture, it is unable to be returned.
  • Only the item(s) selected for donation upon purchase will be picked up, and no substitutions for items designated for donation will be allowed.
  • No additional items for donation can be designated at the time of pick-up or any time after transaction.
  • Only pre-determined items for donation will be picked up; and, and will not include any additional items customer may deem appropriate for donation or disposal.
  • CITY Furniture shall not be liable for any economic or monetary loss whatsoever associated with the selected furniture donation, any incidental or consequential costs, or for any expenses and damages to the donated furniture item.
 

PREMIUM DELIVERY DISCLOSURE

 

  • To qualify for this offer, you must select premium delivery, which includes the following disclosure:
    • Delivery and pickup will occur at the same time, subject to space limitations.
    • Delivery and pickup must occur between April 26, 2023 and October 31, 2023.
    • Delivery and pickup with only occur in the afternoon.
    • Pickup must take place at the same residence that the furniture purchase is being delivered.
 
  • Scheduling Your Delivery/Pick-up:
    • Typically, delivery/pickup is scheduled at the same time the order is placed. To cancel your scheduled delivery/pickup, contact Customer Care at (954) 718-3350 between 8:00AM – 6:00PM. Any changes or cancellations must be made up to and including the day before the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Delivery/pickups will be considered canceled if someone is not present for delivery/pick-up.
 
  • Delivery/Pickup Appointment Confirmation:
    • We contact all customers by email, text, and phone to confirm their delivery/pickup date. You must confirm your delivery/pickup appointment by replying to the message by 12pm the day prior to your delivery date. If the appointment is not confirmed, the delivery appointment will be cancelled which could result in stock delays. Deliveries scheduled within two days will be automatically confirmed at the time of scheduling. If confirmed, we will contact you the evening before your scheduled delivery/pickup date to provide an estimated 3-hour arrival window. Our service technicians will then contact you 15-30 minutes prior to arrival.
 
  • Delivery/Pickup:
    • We will deliver/pick-up from any floor inside your home or apartment, provided however that service technicians will be not able to deliver/pick-up items located higher than on the third floor without an elevator. Your delivery will arrive pre-assembled or the service technician with complete assembly upon delivery, as needed, and deliver each item to the room of your choice. Premium delivery service includes assembly for most items CITY sells, except for hanging accessories on the wall (mirrors, wall art, sconces, clocks); assembling and hanging chandeliers (professional assembly is recommended); and while entertainment wall units will be assembled, a customer's existing TV/sound system will not. The service technician also will not move existing furniture to make room for the delivery. CITY will remove all packing materials that may have arrived with your delivery. At the time of delivery, CITY will pick up your pre-selected donations as well.  Your service technician is not allowed to pick up products without signature and photo confirmation.
 
  • Disassembly Required:
    • Please disassemble the product before pickup. All items from storage areas must be removed and be completely emptied from products.

 

  • Damages:
    • Furniture donations must be in usable condition. Items with stains, rips or tears will not be accepted. CITY Furniture is not responsible for damages that occur as a result of customers moving or disassembling products.
 
  • Delivery/ Pickup Preparation
    • Each customer is responsible to provide a clear path for delivery/pickup, free of impediments. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture. Please secure your home for delivery/pick-up by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path or create difficulty with the delivery/pickup. CITY Furniture is not responsible for damages that may result from a pick-up/delivery.
    • CITY Furniture does not make nor is it responsible for any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CITY Furniture shall not be liable for any economic or monetary loss whatsoever associated with the selected furniture donation, for any incidental or consequential costs, or for any expenses and damages incurred in connection with the donation pick-up.
 

NOTICE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

  • If you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation in order to participate in this delivery/pickup event, CITY Furniture will provide assistance necessary to effectuate the delivery/pickup per the terms and conditions in this “Premium Delivery Disclosure,” including but not limited to disassembling the product for pickup, and covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path. CITY Furniture is not responsible for damages that may result from a pick-up/delivery under this Notice.
