The included reversible 3-piece grates easily accommodate traditional cooking and round-bottom woks. Precision machined knobs feature solid brass blades and illuminate when a burner is in use. Constructed with 100% solid brass, the burners develop a natural protective patina over time. A seamless stainless steel top frame ensures easy cleanup and a sophisticated appearance. This unit includes an 18,000 BTU stainless and aluminum-clad griddle for fast, consistent heating and stainless steel covers for protection and an extra prep surface. An LP Conversion Kit is also included for seamless conversion to liquid propane.
