Welcome to the CITY Furniture Corporate Social Responsibility page. This is where we will inform you of what we are doing as a company to be ethically responsible. You will find information about what we are doing internally to ensure we can do good in our community and throughout the world. It is super important for us to be a good company to work for. We offer profit sharing, comprehensive and competitive benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and so much more. We serve our employees the best way we know how, so they are fully equipped to perform at their absolute best.

We at CITY Furniture are committed to doing good locally and throughout the world. Part of our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy is to focus on the following main areas: people, our 5% Giving Pledge, and the environment.

We work hard to create and sustain an optimal and inclusive experience for all our associates. This includes hiring top talent that we can promote from within and building a diverse team.

We strive to achieve racial equity and gender equity on our teams and in our leadership positions. We also have associate-led and executive-sponsored Employee Resource Groups to maintain our inclusive environments. We are also working hard to recruit and retain veterans in our workplaces so we can leverage their expertise.

Because we recognize that much of our success comes from the support of our community, we have made giving back one of our top commitments. Supporting Florida non-profits is part of how we give back to our community. The main areas in which we give back include education, diversity, service, health, and home.

Another facet of our corporate social responsibility goals is becoming carbon neutral by 2040. This includes building and updating showrooms to use less water and electricity. All this and more can be found in our corporate social responsibility report.
